Investiture Mass Welcomes New Chaplains to the Order of Malta Australia

25/11/2025

On Monday 24 November 2025, members of the Order of Malta from across Australia gathered in Canberra for a special and solemn occasion – the investiture Mass of His Excellency Most Rev. Charles Balvo, Apostolic Nuncio to Australia, and Father Gregory Morgan.

The ceremony was graciously hosted by Father Paul Nully, Magistral Chaplain of the Order, at Saint Christopher’s Cathedral, providing a dignified and prayerful setting for this important moment in the life of our Association.

Following the Mass, members came together for a shared meal, celebrating our new Chaplains and strengthening the bonds of fellowship that support and enrich our mission.

We extend a warm welcome to His Excellency Most Rev. Charles Balvo and Father Gregory Morgan as our newest Chaplains. We look forward to serving alongside them in our enduring work of faith, charity, and compassionate service.
