Lourdes Day Mass at St Mary’s Cathedral – 6 December

On 6 December, members and friends of the Order of Malta in Sydney gathered at St Mary’s Cathedral for the annual Lourdes Day Mass, celebrated by Chief Chaplain Archbishop Anthony Fisher OP.

The Mass brought together clergy, members of the Order, volunteers, the sick and the faithful in prayer, reflecting the spirit of Lourdes and the Order’s mission of faith and service to those most in need.

We are grateful to Archbishop Fisher for his leadership and pastoral presence on this significant day, and to all who participated in making the celebration a prayerful and dignified occasion.

The Mass was recorded, allowing those unable to attend in person to share in the celebration.

May Our Lady of Lourdes continue to guide and strengthen the Order in its commitment to Tuitio Fidei et Obsequium Pauperum.
