It is with deep sadness that we share Confrère Peter Evans died peacefully in the early hours of this morning.

Invested in 1998, Peter was a devoted and faithful member of the Order of Malta Australia. He found profound spiritual fulfilment in his vocation within the Order, formed enduring confraternal friendships, and was a generous and steadfast supporter of our charitable works.

Members of the Order visited Peter only yesterday to pray the Rosary with him, and our Chaplain, Fr Paul Nulley, accompanied him spiritually during his final days, administering the Apostolic Blessing.

Peter’s family has asked that we convey their heartfelt thanks to all members whose prayers, kindness, and support brought great comfort to Peter and to them throughout this time.

We ask all members and friends of the Order to keep Peter and his family in your prayers.
