On Sunday, 2^nd July, members of the Order of Malta in Victoria hosted an movie fundraiser, with a showing of the recently released ‘Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny’.

Whilst this has traditionally been an annual event, this was the first fundraiser back after a hiatus caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Thankfully our supporters returned in force and the movie was well received by the sell-out crowd. Refreshments were offered at the film’s conclusion which gave those present an opportunity to catch up and spend some time together.

Proceeds from the event  exceeded, $1,400 and will go towards Eastern Palliative Care, the biggest provider of palliative care services in Victoria, of which the Order of Malta is a managing partner, together with St Vincent’s Hospital and Outer Eastern Care.
