Order of Malta Australia

Members in the North Eastern Region attend Memorial Mass to remember deceased members

The North Eastern Region Memorial Mass on Tuesday 17th November saw the commemoration of Order of Malta members who have fallen asleep in the embrace of Our Lord.

We thank Fr Paul of Our Lady of the Angels Parish to allow us to celebrate this important liturgy at our traditional home of St Paschal’s Wavell Heights.

Magistral Chaplain Fr David Pascoe assisted by fellow Magistral Chaplain Fr Gerard McMorrow concelebrated Mass.

A Book of Remembrance listing the names of all deceased members of the Australian Association was included in the procession and the names of deceased Branch/Regional Members was read out in remembrance.

Given the 19th is the Feast Day for all the Saints of the Order, we used the Order of Service from the Order’s Missal for the Feast Day
