Order of Malta Australia

Nutritious and delicious! New, healthy, potato cheese bread recipe for Bread for the Weekend

The Order of Malta Korea carried out three ‘Bread for Weekend’ services for the month of March, serving the underfed seniors with total 1,050 breads, or 450 bags of breads throughout the month.

What was particularly special for this month is the new potato cheese bread using a healthy recipe developed based on the feedback we had collected from the seniors to whom we give the bread at Myung Whi Won on every Friday. The new potato cheese bread is less sweet and much softer – just like they wanted!
