North-East Region Members and guests Parish visit to Springfield

06/08/2018

On 29 July 14 Knights and Dames, together with guests and Young Order of Malta Volunteers participated in a Parish visit to one of the region’s most dynamic, enthusiastic and growing Parishes, Our Lady of The Southern Cross at Springfield.

Parish Priest the Very Rev Mauro Conte celebrated a beautifully Spirit filled Mass together with Con-celebrant Father Gerard McMorrow our Orders Magistral Chaplain.

Over 500 parishioners attended this Mass making it standing room only, the welcome received was outstanding. What a truly magnificent Church and a wonderful testament to the inspiration and direction of Father Mauro.

It was a wonderful opportunity to share and highlight details about the Order and its activities throughout the community, country and the world.

Those who attended caught a real glimpse of how a Parish community can work together in Gods works for the benefit of all.

Our Order is grateful of the Parish and parishioners welcome.
