Congratulations to our members

The Order of Malta would like to recognise two members following announcements in January.

Dr. Margaret O’Donnell, a member from Melbourne, was recognised in the Australia Day Honours and awarded ‘Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM)’ for her service to education and the community. A well deserved award for her tireless work and commitment.

Mark Dorney, a member from Sydney, was recently appointed as the new Catholic Schools NSW chairman. Archbishop Anthony Fisher OP said of the appointment ““Mark’s longstanding involvement in the life of the Church, from the parish level to his charitable works as a Knight of Malta, makes him a great addition to the Board of Catholic Schools NSW,”

Congratulations to both Margaret and Mark.
