BUSHFIRE UPDATE: $20,000 distributed to those who have lost homes

08/01/2020

Fr Tony Percy, Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn, provides an update on the bushfires in the area and the community response.

The Order of Malta’s contribution of $20,000 will be immediately distributed to those who have lost homes in the area. This is the first of many emergency response initiatives and we are working with the impacted communities to assist with longer term rehabilitation.

If you can please support our efforts. Gifts $2 and more are tax deductible.
