Order of Malta Australia

Preparations underway for Lourdes Masses in Melbourne

Yesterday, 16 Order of Malta volunteers assembled 2,100 gifts packs, containing Lourdes water, rosary beads and prayer material, for those who will be attending our Lourdes Masses in Melbourne throughout the year.

In additional to the annual Mass held each February at St Patrick’s Cathedral, members of the Order in the region also organise Massses throughout the year at aged care facilities to ‘bring Lourdes’ to the residents.

Annual Masses are also hosted in Adelaide and Sydney in addition to members partipating in an annual international Order of Malta pilgrimage to Lourdes each May.

All are welcome to our upcoming Mass at St Patrick’s Cathedral, Melbourne on Saturday, 10 February 2024 at 10.30am.
